I’ll take what you give . . . (A Lyric Poem)

Why do you play a game, When I stay the same,
Don’t you know I am true
If you run away, D0 you plan to stay
I will always want you

Do you
Think I
Don’t know
What

You Do

Never say the the name, I’m not the one to blame
If

You do

We can always lay, if you care to say
I

Love you

La la la la la
La la la la la
I

I'll take what you give
need you
La la la la la
La la la la la
I

Stay true

I care
I share
I bare
All

I'll take what you give2
For you

For just one more kiss, I will gladly miss
The rest

Of my days

The touch of your skin, Draws me deeper in
I beg

For your ways

I try
I cry
I die
Every day

is new

Please stay
Please say
Please play
With

My heart
I’ll take what you give, As long as you live
Here

I'll take what you give3
In my heart
La la la la la
La la la la la
I need you
La la la la la
La la la la la
I love you
La la la la la
La la la la la
La
La
La
La
I
Need
You

(If you want to know the tune or the beat that went through my mind as I was writing this, listen to the beginning of Wrecking Ball. It’s Miley Cyrus song but I saw the Glee version on Youtube, so avoided her sexual fixation with a sledgehammer. To be honest, it’s a powerful song and performance by her and the girl from Glee. Girl’s got talent, she just chooses to waste it for a few years while she’s young. Below is it. You will get the rhythm eventually. Or stick with what you’ve got.)

Much Respect
